AGS is recruiting on behalf of one of a full service e-commerce provider offering end-to-end online solutions. Our respected client is seeking Head Of Customer Service, preferably with experience in ecommerce, for the job Head Of Customer Service, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities will include:

  • Establishes and implements customer service measures, processes and procedures across all ventures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures that the customer services team responds to each customer inquiry in a timely and comprehensive manner, and consistently operates to the highest possible standard.
  • Recruits, trains, monitors and motivates customer service staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Improves team member’s skills and confidence in performing all aspects of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Recommends and implements ongoing major initiatives to improve customer service.
  • Provides reporting and feedback to senior management on customer service performance and issues.
  • Investigates and solves customers problems, which may be complex and have been passed on by customer service agents.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
  • Female or Male, Thai nationality.
  • Good command in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a challenging customer service environment, experience in eCommerce is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices, proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude to business and a strong enthusiasm for start-ups.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
