AGS is recruiting on behalf of one of a full service e-commerce provider offering end-to-end online solutions. Our respected client is seeking Business Development Sales, preferably with experience in ecommerce, for the job Business Development Sales, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible to drive profitable topline sales revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunity with new and prospect clients, and growing the organization’s pipeline.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of tools to conduct research (e.g. competitive and industry analyses).
  • Providing consultancy, ideas and knowledge to help prospect clients with their visions and strategies.
  • Estimation and planning - including estimates, release plans, staffing plan, assumptions, and risks.
  • Helping prospect clients develop strategies to achieve sales growth, operational efficiencies and bring the best of A-commerce to make it happen.
  • Responsible to build strong and sustainable client relationships at senior levels, and developing winning solutions for prospect clients.
  • Driving revenue growth for acommerce and helping the organization achieve its defined annual revenue goals.
  • Sales planning for achieve the target.
  • Summarize sales activities report.


  • + 5 years’ of sales or marketing experience background, e-commerce or online sales marketing would be advantage
  • Good command of English skills.
