AGS is recruiting on behalf of one Banking Group companies. Our respected client is seeking a Relationship Manager, preferably with experience in a banking industry, for the job Relationship Manager, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Only qualified and experienced professionals should apply for this job.

Key job responsibilities will include:

  • As a Relationship Manager, you have responsibility for understanding customer needs, and achieving stretch sales targets for the Wealth Management business in Indonesia.
  • Role responsibilities include understanding customer needs, actively educating existing and potential customers about Investment Products, and selling Investment Products to qualified customers. The individual will responsible for achieving stretch sales targets aimed at increasing funds under management, revenue, customer numbers and cross-sell, along with high degrees of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • High level of engagement required with Investment products team, potential and existing customers, etc.


  • Tertiary Qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Economics.
  • Excellent comprehension, written and spoken English and skills.
  • Solid sales experience, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • A good knowledge of basic banking products. Knowledge of Investment Products is strongly preferred.
  • Working within a team to achieve individual and common goals.
  • Strong community ties, with demonstrated success in developing a new customer base, and deep customer relationships.
  • Strong intellect, able to understand customer needs, and suitably match these to bank products and services.
  • An ability to think and communicate clearly.
  • Experience and knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
