AGS is recruiting on behalf of a trading and stockish of Deif’s product in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Technical Service and Support Engineer, preferably with experience in engineer, for the job Technical Service and Support Engineer, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position will report directly to Managing Director.Only qualified and experienced professionals should apply for this job.

Key job responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customer's inquiries, both technical and commercial, and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Become “the expert” technically on assigned product
  • Assist customer with product FAT and on site testing & commissioning
  • Train user and operators on customer site or at company facility
  • Communicate effectively in writing and orally with management and coworkers
  • Learn and embrace company goals and policies
  • Actively participate as a member of the team supporting pre- and post-sales technical inquiries
  • Post-sales technical support could include work outside normal working hours
  • Submit Daily Visit & Weekly Report


  • S1electrical engineering
  • Experience in the PLC, HMI, control, protection, genset controller, genset control panel or synchronizing genset panel is a plus
  • Knowledge of competitors and customers products is a plus
  • Willingness to travel, including out of Jakarta
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with a high degree of enthusiasm and commitment
